Current Open House Schedule.

Open houses are casual — no appointment needed, just show up during the listed window. Either I or one of my team will be there to walk through with you, answer questions, and (if you ask) pull comparable sold data on the spot.

What to do:

• Take photos and notes — you'll see 4–6 places in a day and they'll blur.
• Open closets, run taps, flush toilets. You're inspecting, not visiting a museum.
• Check the basement and the attic if accessible. That's where the truth lives.
• Ask about days on market, current offer activity, and any conditions on previous offers.
• Bring a measuring tape — quick check that your sofa/king bed actually fits.

What I won't do:

• Pressure you. Open houses are an information-gathering visit, not a closing event.
• Push you to work with me exclusively if you're already represented. Just visit.
• Hand-wave deal-breaker issues. If the property has a problem, I'll tell you.
