The Bay Street Corridor has become Toronto's prime condo market which has attracted both young professionals and foreign investors alike. With so many condos and it's close proximity to the University of Toronto, Ryerson University, the Financial District, the Discovery District, the Hospital District, Toronto City Hall, it has become a full fledge neighbourhood. And once desolated Bay Street after the end of the business day is now active well after business hours.

Some of the landmarks skyscrapers include the 65-storey Trump Tower and the 66-storey Shangri-La both double as luxury hotels and nighttime hotspots. In February 2012, Toronto city council approved a three-storey increase to the Aura mixed-use skyscraper being built at College Park, bringing it to 78 floors, meaning that Aura will remain Canada's tallest residential building.

The Bay Street Corridor stretches from Queens Quay in the south to Davenport Road in the north. It has evolved into one of Toronto's prime condo markets which has attracted many young professionals and an even large number of investors, yet many opportunities remain for younger professional who want to live in the city.
